Job summary

Holmes Murphy is seeking an Application Support Analyst II to join our IT team in West Des Moines, Iowa. The role supports the administration, operation, and effective use of Brokerage Services applications, partnering with business users, IT delivery teams, vendors, and support organizations.

You will troubleshoot user issues, monitor performance, and help drive upgrades and improvements, with an emphasis on reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer or business-related discipline preferred.
• 3 years of desktop, application, data, or business analysis support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of privacy policies and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support business applications.
• Provide issue triage, analysis, and resolution for users.
• Monitor applications to ensure reliable operation.
• Collaborate with business teams and vendors on issues and enhancements.
• Document support procedures and knowledge resources.
• Identify process improvements and report on performance.
