Holmes Murphy & Associates is seeking an Application Support Director to lead the Brokerage Services Application Services team in West Des Moines, Iowa. The role focuses on administration, health monitoring, upgrades, and continuous improvement to boost stability and user experience.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in IT with leadership, experience in Agile/Scrum, and strong collaboration with Business Operations and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years in IT-related field.
• 7+ years IT experience with leadership, app mgmt, and support.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams for application administration, access management, and support.
• Establish processes for issue intake, triage, escalation, and resolution.
• Ensure timely support for users experiencing issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and external support for issue resolution.
• Monitor application health and support upgrades and changes.
