• Associate degree or 5+ years IT experience required.
• 7+ years of IT industry experience with leadership of a team preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Application Services team responsible for administration, access management, configuration support, and operational support of business applications.
• Establish and maintain processes for issue intake, triage, escalation, and resolution; ensure timely support for users.
• Partner with vendors and IT teams to resolve application issues and coordinate upgrades and releases.
• Monitor application health, availability, performance, and stability; drive improvements for reliability and user experience.
• Collaborate with Business Operations, IT Delivery, IT Support, and IT Operations to align roadmaps and operational readiness.
