Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware, software and networking issues.
• Configure, optimize, fine-tune, and monitor operating system software and servers; provide improvement recommendations.
• Manage and coordinate tech support tickets and escalation between tier 2 and tier 3 support.
• Perform system maintenance tasks, backups, recovery, and file maintenance.
• Manage administration for phone, fax, email, OS, applications and Active Directory; create end-user documentation.
