Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Sales Application Specialist in Wisconsin to provide high-level customer service and sales support for OEM account managers. You will learn customer selections, prepare quotes, and collaborate with business units to meet annual sales and margin targets.

You will assist with CAPS files, training, and responsive order updates, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams to deliver cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant work experience in direct sales, outside sales, mechanical engineering, HVAC, or related fields.
• Four-year degree in Sales & Marketing or Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent negotiation skills and financial acumen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and learn customer selections, product features, options, accessories, and application needs for Greenheck Group products.
• Communicate with OEM Account Managers and customers to ensure accuracy when creating CAPS files; create and send product quotes in CAPS.
• Provide training and customer service support, addressing problems and opportunities with cost-effective solutions.
• Assist OEM Account Manager with fiscal goals including annual sales and margin targets.
