Job summary

LG Electronics North America is seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) to service LG appliances, TVs, and A/C units in the Louisville, KY area. You will travel to customer locations, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid driver's license, EPA certification, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and good communication as you represent LG in the field. Competitive salary range and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a technical role (field service preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration, cooking, laundry).
• Experience using tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and document issues.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• EPA certification desirable.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' locations to service LG equipment.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on appliances, TVs, and A/C units.
• Operate safely with PPE and company-provided tools.
• Document findings and steps taken, and pre-screen next-day calls.
• Meet or exceed metrics for customer satisfaction and quality first-time fixes.
