Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) to service and repair LG appliances in the Cincinnati, OH metro area. The role involves traveling to customers' locations, diagnosing issues with major appliances, TVs, and A/C units, and delivering a professional customer experience.

Qualifications include at least 1 year in a technical role, experience with appliance repair, and a valid driver’s license. EPA certification is a plus; ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Field Service preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products).
• Experience in the use of tools and diagnostic test equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and document product/system issues.
• Valid Driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain EPA Certification.
• Meet physical requirements associated with field service repair (lifting up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment.
• Use PPE and diagnostic tools provided by LG; diagnose problems and perform repairs.
• Process paperwork and data entry after each job; pre-screen next day service calls.
