Micro Center in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an Apple Champion to diagnose and repair Apple products, provide outstanding customer support, and contribute to a high-performing service environment. You will mentor developing technicians and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and operational success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.
• Prior knowledge and experience with GSX preferred.
• Industry certifications are preferred and required within 90 days of hire (company paid).
• At least one year of computer service repair or technical customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and the ability to assist multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify, diagnose, and document hardware or software issues on Apple electronics and communicate details to customers.
• Meet productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales attachment goals; handle difficult situations professionally.
• Maintain location performance metrics and accurate service system transactions.
• Stay current with technical manuals and support resources; uphold certifications as required by partners.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, merchandising, and loss prevention activities; support service department operations.
• Provide weekly reporting on customer satisfaction and product summaries; train Apprentice technicians for Apple certs.
