Job summary

Apple, Inc. is seeking an Apple Pay eCommerce Merchant Specialist in Austin, TX to initiate and engage with potential e-Commerce merchants, driving Apple Pay acceptance and a best-in-class integration on digital channels.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Product and Operations teams, manage the full enablement cycle from discovery to launch, and support post-launch growth through UX audits and optimization, building strong merchant relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across email, phone, and in person; able to navigate large organizations.
• Self-driven with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Results oriented with momentum across short, medium and long sales cycles.
• Proven quota-carrying experience with pipeline management and sales forecasting.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to handle ambiguities with attention to detail.
• Professional fluency in English, with strong Spanish or Portuguese language skills.

Responsibilities

• Source new merchant opportunities via emails, outbound calls, or inbound inquiries.
• Manage merchants through the full Apple Pay enablement cycle from discovery to launch.
• Identify key players and coordinate end-to-end enablement with merchants and payment partners.
• Support merchants through post-go live growth initiatives, including UX audits and conversion optimization.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive merchant and customer relationships.
• Onboard merchants in partnership with Apple Pay Technical Specialists to implement integration.
• Build and deliver a communication strategy to evangelize Apple Pay via one-to-one or webinars.
• Provide updates on account and pipeline progress to leadership and wider Apple teams.
• Maintain merchant contacts and update pipeline status in the CRM.
