Job summary

Apple is seeking an Apple Pay eCommerce Merchant Specialist in Austin, TX to initiate and engage with potential e‑Commerce merchants, driving Apple Pay acceptance across Web and App channels.

This highly cross-functional role builds rapport with merchants, strategic partners, and internal teams to ensure a best-in-class integration and ongoing growth. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across email, phone, and in person.
• Self-driven with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Proven quota-carrying sales experience with pipeline management.
• English proficiency for global collaboration.
• Bachelor degree or 3–5 years sales/business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Source new merchant opportunities via emails, calls, or inbound leads.
• Manage and support merchants through Apple Pay enablement cycle.
• Identify key players and lead end-to-end enablement with merchants and partners.
• Support post-launch growth through UX audits and conversion optimization.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with merchants.
• Onboard merchants with Apple Pay Technical Specialists for seamless integration.
• Deliver updates on account progress and KPIs to leadership.
• Maintain merchant contacts and CRM pipeline.
