Job summary

Apple Inc. in Austin, Texas is seeking an Apple Pay eCommerce Merchant Specialist to initiate and actively engage with potential e‑commerce merchants.

You will drive Apple Pay acceptance and enable best-in-class integration on digital Web and App channels, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to transform online shopping experiences. The role requires building relationships, managing full enablement cycles, and delivering growth initiatives while maintaining pipeline

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across email, phone, and in person.
• Self-driven with strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Proven quota-carrying success with experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Professional fluency in English plus Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Source new merchant opportunities through emails, outbound calls, or inbound leads.
• Manage and support merchants through the full Apple Pay enablement cycle from discovery to launch.
• Identify key players and manage end-to-end enablement with merchants and payment partners.
• Support merchants through post-go-live growth initiatives (UX audits, conversion optimization, anomaly detections).
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Onboard merchants with Apple Pay integration in collaboration with Technical Specialists.
• Build and deliver a communication strategy to evangelize Apple Pay to merchants via in-person or webinars.
• Provide updates on account and pipeline progress and productivity KPIs to leadership.
