Job summary

Apple is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support Apple Pay and Apple Wallet growth in the Americas. This individual contributor role focuses on external partnerships with merchants, acquirers, processors, and FinTech partners, with travel as needed.

You will build and influence partner relationships, sell Apple Pay strategies and programs, lead account strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand acceptance and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years work experience with 6+ years in account management with payment partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and influence partner relationships at all levels.
• Sell Apple Pay and Apple Wallet strategies, products, features, and programs via a consultative sales approach.
• Uncover new growth opportunities that build an exciting customer experience.
• Craft and implement account strategies that will grow and scale share.
• Lead digital payment strategies with complex merchants and payment partners supporting digital wallets, card acceptance, merchant acquiring, card processing and network rules.
• Structure partnership deals and negotiate terms.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap by engaging the environment and sharing feedback.
