Job summary

Atlas Technologies is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to design and implement complex process automation bridging Appian low-code with PeopleSoft ERP. You will map processes, translate requirements into specs, and guide development for seamless Appian-PeopleSoft interaction.

Remote position for residents in AL, CA, CT, FL, GA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, NC, OR, RI, SC, TX, VA, DC, WV, NJ, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

Appian versions 24.x or higher hands-on experience.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Security clearance: DoD Secret or ability to obtain one.
Strong BPMN and process-improvement knowledge.
Experience on Appian or other BPM/low-code projects.
Clear, detailed requirements documents and user stories.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Appian Certified Analyst is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.
Analyze and document business processes using BPMN standards.
Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities using Appian capabilities.
Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Appian Architects and Developers on workflows and data models.
Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Assist in creating test cases and support UAT and system testing.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and organizational standards.
Align processes and integrations with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
Run workshops to drive clarity and consensus on requirements.
Produce process maps, user stories, and technical guides with governance.
