Join us and contribute to GDOL's mission-driven efforts in Atlanta. We are hiring for ARO Prep Tech Associate- TLB in the Board of Review Unit to process appeal requests, review evidence, and maintain electronic files.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and one year of experience in an office setting using computer software.

Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews, processes, and dockets appeal requests.
• Investigates the facts related to each appeal request and evaluates the evidence to conclude what actions to take.
• Creates and maintains electronic appeal files.
• Ensures Board of Review records are updated with proper notes and entries.
• Ensures Board of Review staff is updated on assigned cases and files.
• Answers Board of Review inquiries and provides information regarding the Board and Board cases to external and internal customers.
• Creates and sends daily Board docketing calendar.
