You will contribute to a welcoming, team-oriented environment, assisting with training, merchandising, and store operations while upholding safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage athletes to understand shopping needs and provide product information.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members in store processes.
• Maintain an athlete-first mindset and ensure products are ready for purchase.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Promote participation in loyalty programs and warranty sales.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment and compliance with safety policies.
