Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate information about products.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members as subject matter expert in store operations.
• Maintains an athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs, warranties, and private label credit card enrollment.
