DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist - Apparel to help athletes find the right apparel and gear. You will combine product knowledge with exceptional service to drive sales and ensure a welcoming in-store experience for customers of all abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide accurate information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert for store areas.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and benefits.
