Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers an engaging athlete experience by proactively assisting customers and providing product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members, acting as subject matter expert in store processes.
• Maintains store standards in merchandising and presentation, including signage and inventory displays.
• Supports loyalty program participation and upsell of services and private label cards.
• Creates an inclusive store environment, upholding safety, loss prevention, and policy adherence.
• Ensures customers are helped quickly and accurately across product categories.
