Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience preferred in retail or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards including floor plans, signage, pricing, and replenishment.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates a welcoming store environment and adheres to safety and operating policies.
