Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and provide knowledgeable product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert in their area.
• Maintains athlete-first mindset by ensuring products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged as they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor plans and signage requirements.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates a welcoming store environment and adheres to safety and policies.
