Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide product information.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members as subject matter expert for their area of the store.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards and supports store programs such as loyalty, warranties, and credit enrollment.
