Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand needs and provide product information.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members, acting as subject matter expert for store area.
• Ensures efficient process execution with an athlete-first mindset and ready-for-purchase products.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards per floor plans and signage requirements.
• Promotes participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Creates a welcoming store environment and adheres to safety, loss prevention, and SOP guidelines.
