DICK’S Sporting Goods is hiring for a Specialist – Apparel to help athletes find the right gear and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in-store. You will blend product knowledge with friendly service to drive results and customer satisfaction.

As part of the store team, you’ll contribute to onboarding peers, maintain merchandising standards, and promote loyalty programs while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging shoppers and providing knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists onboarding and training of new team members as subject matter expert in their area of the store.
• Ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans and signage.
• Promotes participation in loyalty programs and related offerings.
• Creates a welcoming store environment and adheres to safety and policies.
