Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in their store area.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards per floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory policies.
• Promotes customer participation in programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Creates a welcoming environment for teammates and athletes, adhering to safety and SOPs.
