Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs and provide accurate product information.
• Onboards and trains new and existing teammates, sharing area expertise and best practices.
• Maintains an athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and customers are engaged as desired.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards with floor plans, signage, and inventory control.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates an inclusive store environment, adheres to safety, loss prevention, and store policies.
