Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills. Guides work with on-site instruction, app-based learning, and literacy interventions across K-3.

We hire teachers to lead targeted reading sessions, track progress, and close reading gaps. This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation support and six-figure potential in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working directly with children ages 4-9
• At least 2 years of that experience teaching reading in grades K-3
• Completed structured-literacy training or master’s in reading/literacy

Responsibilities

• Coaching students through app-based core learning and meeting daily goals
• Running targeted reading sessions with small groups
• Leading morning launch and daily classroom routines
• Guiding students to weekly app goals using gamification and leaderboards
• Staying with students through lunch, recess, and interventions
