Alpha is hiring on-site literacy guides who coach K–3 students using app-based core instruction. You will diagnose gaps, implement targeted sequences, and monitor progress throughout the school day, including lunch and reading interventions.

This is a full-time role on Alpha campuses nationwide, with relocation support available. Experience with structured literacy and reading platforms, plus a passion for closing literacy gaps, is essential.

Competenze

• At least 3 years direct work with children ages 4-9
• At least 2 years of reading instruction in grades K-3 in the last 5 years
• Structured-literacy training: LETRS, IMSE, Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, Fundations, UFLI, CERI, Neuhaus, SIPPS, or similar; or a master’s in reading/literacy
• Willing to work on-site at a campus listed above, with relocation support

Mansioni

• Coaching students through app-based core learning: spotting gaps and unblocking with targeted questions
• Running targeted, structured-literacy sessions with 2–4 students and diagnosing gaps from running records and fluency probes
• Leading morning launch, life-skills workshops, and check-chart activities to keep students engaged
• Driving students to weekly app goals using school currency, leaderboards, and gamification
• Staying with students through lunch, recess, closing and reading interventions to support progress
