Job summary

IVM, Inc. seeks an Integration & IT Support Engineer to join our Indianapolis team. You will support APIs, develop and integrate ServiceNow applications, and assist customer IT teams through setup, testing, and troubleshooting.

You’ll also provide internal desktop support for Windows, M365, and networked devices, with occasional on-call duties. This hybrid role blends application work with hands-on IT support in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in API support, integrations, or IT support.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience with ServiceNow and integrations.
• Understanding of API concepts: HTTP, endpoints, status codes and authentication.
• Strong Windows and desktop troubleshooting experience.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience providing customer-facing technical support.
• Experience using AI tools for troubleshooting and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Support customers integrating ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ERP systems with IVM's APIs.
• Develop, support, and improve IVM's ServiceNow application and integrations.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams, developers, and ServiceNow admins during setup and testing.
• Troubleshoot REST API requests, JSON payloads, authentication, HTTP errors.
• Use API testing tools and logs to investigate and resolve issues.
• Assist customers with API authentication, credentials, endpoint usage, and integration requirements.
• Maintain API, ServiceNow, and technical documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues: hardware, networking, IoT, software.
• Provide internal desktop support: Windows, M365, accounts, hardware.
• Manage support requests via tickets, email, phone, and meetings.
• Participate in on-call support outside business hours.
