Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a ServiceNow Engineer to join our IT team. This role administers and maintains the ServiceNow platform, manages user access, groups, roles and permissions, and resolves Level 3 incidents.

Strong ServiceNow JavaScript development and REST API experience are required. You'll collaborate with engineering to deliver platform enhancements, ensure compliance, performance and best practices, and implement automation through the ServiceNow Request Catalog.

Qualifications

• CSA and CAD certifications are required.
• Strong ServiceNow JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with REST API integrations.
• Hands-on experience managing users, groups, roles and instance configuration.
• Experience configuring tables, forms, lists, fields and dictionary entries.
• Experience reviewing ServiceNow code and working with Jira.
• Ability to provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot platform issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage user access, groups, roles and permissions.
• Resolve Level 3 incidents on the ServiceNow platform.
