DocVerify is seeking a developer integrations support engineer to be the first point of contact for developers integrating DocVerify. You will monitor support channels around the clock, answer API questions, debug integration issues, and write copy-ready code samples in Python, TypeScript, and curl.

• Fluent in Python, TypeScript, and REST API debugging.
• Ability to read and understand error messages, stack traces, and HTTP response codes.
• Clear, friendly, and concise communication style.
• Can generate working code snippets that are copy‑paste ready.
• Knowledge management — can identify when a solution should become a FAQ entry.
• 24/7 availability with consistent response quality regardless of time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Discord, GitHub Issues, and support email for incoming developer questions.
• Diagnose API integration issues by reading error logs, request payloads, and code snippets.
• Write working code examples in Python, TypeScript, and curl for common integration patterns.
• File internal bug reports with reproduction steps when you identify real product issues.
• Update the knowledge base and FAQ with new solutions as patterns emerge.
• Escalate complex issues to human engineers with full context and attempted solutions.
