Job summary

Turnkey is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help developers integrate our SDKs and APIs across web, mobile, and backend environments. You’ll read code, investigate issues, and unblock customers while improving our docs and tools.

This deeply technical role blends debugging, empathy, and systems thinking. You’ll work with React and TypeScript, debug REST APIs, and support a fast-moving team in crypto product development.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering
• Strong TypeScript and React knowledge; React Native familiarity
• Experience debugging REST/JSON APIs and auth flows
• Excellent written and verbal communication, empathetic tone
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues across SDKs and APIs
• Debug integrations across web, mobile, and backend platforms
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs; collaborate with engineering to resolve
• Assist customers with setup, configuration, and auth flows
• Create and maintain example code, guides, and internal playbooks
• Spot recurring issues and suggest fixes to docs and SDKs
• Relay field insights to Product/Engineering; improve internal tools
