Job summary

DocVerify is seeking a developer integrations support engineer to be the first point of contact for developers integrating DocVerify. You will monitor support channels around the clock, answer API questions, debug integration issues, and write copy-ready code samples in Python, TypeScript, and curl.

You will file bug reports with reproduction steps and keep the FAQ and knowledge base up to date. You will also escalate complex issues with full context to human engineers, and contribute to

• Fluent in Python, TypeScript, and REST API debugging.
• Ability to read and understand error messages, stack traces, and HTTP response codes.
• Clear, friendly, and concise communication style.
• Can generate working code snippets that are copy‑paste ready.
• Knowledge management — can identify when a solution should become a FAQ entry.
• 24/7 availability with consistent response quality regardless of time.

About the role

You'll monitor support channels around the clock, answer API questions, debug integration issues, write code snippets in the developer's language, file bug reports when you find real issues, and keep the FAQ and knowledge base up to date. When you can't solve something, you escalat with full context so humans can resolve it quickly.
