Job summary

Coinme seeks a Developer Documentation Engineer to own our API docs and the partner integration path. You’ll study the CaaS stack, write clear docs, and ensure the integration story travels smoothly from kickoff to go-live, so developers can connect without constant calls.

You’ll build quickstarts, sample code, and reference architectures; answer technical questions during deals; coordinate with the BD program manager on timelines; and push insights back into Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Hands-on API skills to read logs, debug webhooks, and reason about auth.
• Strong technical writing to document complex systems for others to follow.
• Patience for ambiguity as the stack changes weekly and docs are sparse.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily work to accelerate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the API and integration docs; rewrite what's wrong and fill what's missing.
• Build quickstarts, sample code, and reference architectures.
• Answer technical questions from partners during sales conversations and builds.
• Take signed partners live: intake, provisioning, sandbox testing, and go-live checks.
• Collaborate with the integration program manager on timelines.
• Learn the stack deeply: CaaS ramps, wallets, and related flows.
• Build demos and sample apps for BD to showcase product capabilities.
• Push learnings back into Product and Engineering; identify API gaps.
• Automate repetitive onboarding tasks and leverage AI to speed docs.
