Filevine is seeking a detail-oriented API Support Specialist to be the first contact for developers and integration partners. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot public API issues, and help users maximize the platform’s capabilities.

You will work with a team focused on clear communication, thorough documentation, and empowering customers to achieve successful integrations. A tech-minded, customer-first attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to any audience.
• Strong problem-solving instincts with ability to debug code and provide sample snippets when needed.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia.

Responsibilities

• Be the First Responder: serve as the primary contact for all incoming API support requests via tickets, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common API issues including authentication errors and request formatting problems.
• Communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
• Document and escalate issues in the ticketing system and collaborate with Tier 3 or engineering for complex problems.
• Empower users by guiding them through API documentation and best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge bases by creating and updating articles for users to self-serve.
