Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure vacant apartment homes are turned quickly to market-ready condition. You will perform repairs, caulking, painting, and inspections as part of the make-ready process.

Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, supporting cost-control efforts, and completing required maintenance documentation while adhering to safety policies and delivering strong resident service.

Qualifications

• Experience with make-ready repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to perform caulking and sealing around windows, sinks, baths, and showers.
• Comfort with painting, touch-ups, and basic carpentry as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to apartment homes before move-in.
• Ensure proper caulking and sealing around windows and fixtures.
• Inspect sheetrock and perform repairs when needed.
• Perform touch-up painting for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning and painting tasks as directed.
• Help reduce costs by fixing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
• Complete make-ready checklists and required maintenance documentation.
• Follow safety policies; participate in safety trainings and incident reporting.
• Provide good customer service to residents and respond to inquiries and complaints.
