Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure vacant units meet quality standards and are turned to market-ready condition efficiently. The role involves completing repairs, caulking, painting, and inspections to uphold Greystar’s high occupancy standards.

Responsibilities include following make-ready checklists, maintaining grounds, and supporting cost-control initiatives while adhering to OSHA safety requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Make-ready processes and checklists knowledge.
• Attention to caulking, sealing, painting, and basic repairs.
• Ability to inspect and repair common areas and units.
• Respond to resident questions and scheduling priorities.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to apartment homes before move-in.
• Ensure windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs are caulked and sealed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and perform repairs or replacements.
• Perform touch-up painting on vacant and occupied units as directed.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning tasks.
• Assist in cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
• Complete make-ready checklist and maintenance documentation on time.
