Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready by performing repairs and preventive work. Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, painting, sealing, and keeping documentation up to date.

The role requires staying safe, following OSHA guidelines, and delivering responsive customer service to residents with urgency and professionalism. The position is on-site with a structured benefits program.

Qualifications

• Completes all needed repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move-in.
• Inspects sheetrock for damage and repairs or replaces as needed.
• Performs touch-up paints for vacant and occupied units as directed.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas and amenities as needed.
• Follows safety policies and attends required training (OSHA).
• Provides courteous resident support and responds to maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Completes make-ready checklist and maintenance documentation in a timely manner.
• Fixes rather than replaces parts when possible to control costs.
• Ensures units are caulked and sealed around windows and fixtures.
