Responsibilities

• Completes repairs and improvements to apartment homes before resident move-in.
• Caulks and seals around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspects and repairs drywall, performs touch-up painting as directed.
• Assists with grounds and common areas upkeep and light cleaning.
• Maintains documentation for maintenance work and safety training.
