Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant units meet quality standards and are turned rent-ready. You will perform repairs, caulking, paint and general upkeep across Greystar properties.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready checklists, site safety, and responsive service to residents. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits with growth opportunities at Greystar.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to apartment homes before resident move-in.
• Caulking and sealing around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Inspect and repair sheetrock as needed.
• Touch-up painting for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; light cleaning.
• Fix parts to save costs; proper use of tools and materials.
• Complete make-ready checklist and maintenance documentation.
• Follow safety policies; attend safety meetings; OSHA training.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and respond to questions.
