Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant units are move-in ready by performing technical and mechanical work. You will complete repairs, caulking, painting, drywall checks, and keep common areas well-maintained.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This on-site position involves complying with safety standards, attending routine safety meetings, and maintaining thorough maintenance documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience required.
• On-call and flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
• Completes make-ready inspections and ensures units meet turnover standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and improvements to vacant and occupied apartment homes.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Inspect drywall and repair/replate as needed; perform minor touch-up painting.
• Assist in grounds and common area upkeep; assist with curb and signage painting.
• Follow safety policies; attend safety meetings and complete OSHA-related training.
• Complete make-ready checklists and maintenance documentation in a timely manner.
