Job summary

Kairoi is seeking a Service Make-Ready to prepare vacant apartments for move-in. You will perform cleaning, basic repairs, and inspections to ensure units meet high standards of quality and presentation.

You will work with the service team, interact with residents professionally, and help maintain common areas, pools, and amenities. The role requires a basic maintenance skill set and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year hands-on maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Make-ready vacant apartments to be clean, functional, and appealing for new residents.
• Clean appliances, fixtures, surfaces; remove trash and debris.
• Perform minor repairs: patch drywall, paint, replace bulbs, fix leaks.
• Inspect appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC for working order.
• Collaborate with Service Team for repairs or replacements.
• Maintain appearance of community: grounds, common areas, amenities.
• Clean and maintain pool, laundry, fitness centers, and other spaces.
• Conduct routine property inspections for maintenance or safety issues.
• Report issues to Service Manager or Community Director promptly.
• Interact with residents, guests, and prospective tenants professionally.
• Respond to inquiries timely and helpfully.
