Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make Ready Technician I to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform maintenance, cosmetic improvements, painting, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups, and thorough cleaning to company standards.

You will collaborate with the maintenance and property management teams, support ongoing repairs, uphold safety standards, and ensure move-in readiness on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) including painting, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups, and cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment and interact professionally with residents and team members.
