Job summary

Kairoi Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair our multifamily community in Denver, CO. You will handle appliance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, respond to resident requests, and support make-ready duties for vacant units with a focus on quality and safety.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC/ EPA certs or willingness to obtain them, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of apartment repair experience including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• EPA and HVAC certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
• OSHA safety knowledge and compliance.
• Customer service focus with a positive resident experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and carpentry.
• Perform repairs and replacements to resolve resident issues efficiently.
• Communicate progress and estimated completion times to residents.
• Assist in make-ready process for vacant apartment homes.
• Maintain and clean common areas, amenities, and grounds.
