Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician at the Academy Lane property in Davis, CA. The role involves on-site maintenance including corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. You will support the make-ready process and respond to resident and management requests while maintaining safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform regular maintenance and cosmetic tasks to support property operations.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and other community features to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of the property.
• Assist in on-call emergency responsiveness and support maintenance supervisor as needed.
