Job summary

Cottonwood Residential is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Enclave on Golden Triangle Apartments in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves repairing plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks across the community and assisting with grounds upkeep.

You will join a team focused on great resident experiences. Requirements include ability to lift 50 lbs, read and communicate in English, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call emergencies with guidance from the Service

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers, process paperwork, and interpret manuals.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and navigate stairs and elevations.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends and be on-call for emergencies.
• EPA certification Type II or Universal is a plus.
• CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry for apartments and grounds.
• Assist in safety and maintenance of community facilities.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate with Service Manager.
