Job summary

Cottonwood Residential is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Enclave on Golden Triangle Apartments in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, with after-hours emergencies handled alongside the Service Manager.

Applicants should be able to read, write, and speak English, lift up to 50 lbs, and work evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s license is required; EPA/HVAC/CPO credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers, process Company paperwork, and interpret safety and operating manuals and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs that may include plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry work for household, building, and property grounds repairs.
• Troubleshoot HVAC; responding to after-hours emergencies with Service Manager support.
• Work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends; on-call as needed.
• Maintain safety and follow Company standards in all maintenance tasks.
