Job summary

Cottonwood Residential at 805 Riverfront Apartments is seeking an entry-level Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities include basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, with on-call duties and after-hours emergency service under the Service Manager. We value reliability and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English for communication and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods.
• Climb stairs, ladders, and access elevated areas.
• Sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and navigate difficult terrain.
• Work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Provide after-hours emergency service with the Service Manager.
• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is a plus.
• HVAC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• CPO certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
