Job summary

Cottonwood Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join Morgan Ridge Apartments in Winston-Salem, NC. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to maintain the property and resident safety.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, long periods of walking/standing, climbing stairs and ladders, and availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call emergencies with the Service Manager. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English for communication and paperwork.
• Able to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods.
• Able to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate elevation changes.
• On-call availability with after-hours emergencies and weekends.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is a plus.
• CPO certification is a plus.
• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry related to the property.
