Cottonwood Residential is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join The Orchards at Cherry Creek Park Apartments in Centennial, CO. This role requires strong hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, plus reliable after-hours on-call availability.

Qualifications

• English communication required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk/stand long periods and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) related to units and property grounds.
• Conduct after-hours emergency service with on-call support.
• Work standard community hours including evenings and weekends.
