Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of multi-family or 2+ years of commercial maintenance preferred.
• EPA Sec 608 Certification (Type I/II or Universal) required.
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical work.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must read, write and speak English; able to be on-call.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the physical property and perform general maintenance repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and participate in rehab projects.
• Handle grounds keeping and upkeep of onsite amenities.
• Respond to on-call/after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
• Support make-ready processes per management objectives.
